World Domination Enterprises Legion Charter

1. Statement of Purpose
WDE is an English speaking Legion committed to providing a mature, skilled Aion community with aspirations to excel at both PvP and PvE content. We also aim to build relationships with other Legions on Spatalos to help strengthen the strategic position of the Elyos faction.

2. Legion Leadership
WDE is lead by veteran players from WoW and EvE with world ranked achievements, world firsts and long experience in running and participating in MMO guilds.

A. Legion Management
WDE is lead by Richardo, with a number of officer advisers, or aim is to always have at least one officer on line at all times to provide members with an in game point of contact with the leadership.

B. Legion structure
The legion currently has 4 ranks, Legion Leader, Legion Officer, Member and Recruit.

3. Legion Server and Faction
WDE is an Elyos Legion on the European Spatalos.

4. Member Responsibilities
While under the WDE tag all our members are diplomats of the legion, we expect you to behave with respect and consideration to other players on Spatalos, refrain from trolling on fan forums. While we understand a certain amount of Legion banter is part of being a Legion excessive harassment based on sex/race will not be tolerated.

Members are expected to be active and there are mandatory PvP/PvE Legion events which you will be expected participate in. Due to the cap on legion membership built into the game, prolonged absence from the game without notifying the leadership may result in removal from the legion.

Proven use of bots or any game play automation will result in an immediate kick from the legion.

Members are expected to have ventrilo installed and use it for Legion events, even if you do not have a mic, you should be able to listen and respond to raid leaders orders. As part of forming a strong legion, members should be present on ventrilo during their play time, unless as a guest on another Legion's Ventrillo.

5. Application for Membership
New recruits MUST MAKE APPLICATION USING THE FORM PROVIDED. Do not use our forums to post your application. It may take a few days, less than a week to process your membership, please be patient and do not expect an immediate reply.

WDE currently has a minimum age limit for applications of 16 years, and minimum character level of 30, if you are re-rolling a character you will be expected to demonstrate the existence of a level 30 character on your account.

When grouping you should maintain reasonable levels of play appropriate to your character, no breaking CC, appropriate maintaining of CC for those classes capable, hybrids such as chanters off-healing, gladiators off-tanking as required. You are also expected to maintain appropriate gear levels and item enhancements as befits your class as well as bringing consumables to Legion events.

Probationary Members
After being accepted to to the legion you will become a recruit, during this period, your performance as a player, and behavior as a person will be monitored, you will be expected to join groups with legion players so your play may be evaluated. The probationary period will last as long as it takes the Legion leadership to appraise your performance which will generally be at least a month, and no more than two months.

Re-Application
Previous members may re apply, and are welcome, members kicked from the legion for poor behavior will not be considered for membership.

The Guildmaster of WDE reserves the right to modify this charter at any time, and take corrective actions required for the benefit of the legion as a whole that may not be specifically expressed in this document.
